This is the best massager I have ever used. I've tried many of these too. I have a terrible headache from extremely tight trapezius muscles. I do strength training, spinning, speed sacking, climbing stairs, etc. and whatever I do makes my problem worse. My neck was always killing me until I found an Aku massager. Will order a third of these. The idea behind this is great, but for those of us who need real 'deep tissue', the product as such just doesn't cut it. The problem seems to be that the grips screw in next to the rubber golf ball. The hollowed out plastic just isn't designed to take the stress at the joint and the block will break. This is a great product. It has lost some stiffness in the bridge area, but I used it quite consistently. It seems to wobble side to side more, but not so much that it's unusable. Normal wear and tear. I tried placing the balls in the inner and middle holes and found that the outer two holes are the only placement that makes this worthwhile.
