Description of πŸ”‘ GM Genuine Parts Keyless Entry Remote Key Fob - 10335583 with 3 Buttons

3 button: lock, unlock, and panic. Brand new OE replacement; the GM recommended replacement for your original keyless entry remote. Battery included with the remote. This remote may be able to be programmed without a technician, but certain vehicles still require that you take it in to a GM dealer or ACDelco service center to be programmed. Check attached instructions to see if there is do it yourself programming for your vehicle.

Not what they said: Interior Accessory

I had to return it as it was supposed to be a ready to program ACDelco factory replacement. All it had was a plastic case with no guts inside. You can't program air. The return came promptly.

Pros
  • Absolute Legend
Cons
  • Obsolete Model

Life is easier with the keyless remote control

So far so good. I had to take it to the dealer because they couldn't program it themselves. When we arrived at the retailer, the employees tried it, just like us, with different instructions by hand. He failed. I had to leave it at the dealer so he could program it "in the shop" whatever that means. Now life is much easier with a keyless remote. Especially with children. Used for H3 Hummer.

Works great good price

Replica of the original key fob that came with my 2012 Chevy Colorado. Fully functional after programming by the specialist dealer. There was a small issue with the "Lock" button sticking, which was fixed when I ripped open the case and reinstalled the gaskets holding the board in place. I also applied some silicone spray to both buttons. Now he works like a champion, so he doesn't get star deductions for it. Completely satisfied. The irony is that the key fob costs less than what the retailer…

Nothing beats OEM: Anti-Theft

My 2009 Colorado came with an aftermarket key fob that works but doesn't always work. Sometimes he simply refuses to work, even when standing next to a truck. Replacing the battery didn't help either. But this stock key fob works perfectly every time, and the buttons are much more tactile when pressed than an aftermarket key fob. For my 2009 Colorado I had to use a scanner to program it but I know previous GM cars could be programmed by yourself without a scanner so make sure you do your…
