OEM replacement for gearbox and gearbox

I had to buy a special head. Pretty hard to come up with a Cadillac CTS. Fixed an oil pressure gauge that wobbled badly from end to end.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • There are disadvantages

Only lasted a year good for transmission and parts

I installed this sensor about a year ago and the low oil pressure warning is working again. It should be an OE replacement; The original lasted 180,000 miles, but this one has less than 10,000 miles on it. It comes with a 24-month warranty, so I contacted customer service and after a few minutes of wrestling with them (trying to reassure me with a $10 gift card) the rep agreed to replace it. The new one should be here tomorrow and I have 30 days to ship the broken one to UPS. Hope the next one…

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Requires socket

Works well so far in gearboxes and parts

The old one in the picture kept giving me low oil pressure readings as the engine warmed up. A bit difficult to exchange without prior knowledge. But so far so good. When spring and summer come. I will know if it was a good replacement

Pros
  • Very impressive
Cons
  • Vulgarity

Stop error and oil leak

So far so good. The original in my 2008 Chevy Impala was $175,000, not bad at all. Started giving low oil pressure errors when it wasn't. There was also a small leak so they replaced that part and the engine oil filter adapter gasket. And so far no more questions. Both parts really need to be replaced at the same time.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Compatibility

Did the trick and solved my problem

While the videos show it's a simple task, it does require some patience. The part was perfect and solved my low oil pressure problem. The hardest part of the job is getting the wiring back in place. It's in such an awkward spot that you really have to try different ways to get it to snap. After about an hour of trying different ways I was able to connect it. I hope you all have better luck than me.

Not American made. Best in Parts

What should have been a 30 minute job took an hour and a half. After I couldn't start the themes, I took a close look at them. The threads are crooked in a small area. I took a file and carefully sanded this part. As soon as I did that, it popped up immediately and was able to clean up the code. It's made in Mexico and this facility needs to work a little harder on quality control. *Update* Three months later the sensor failed. I was 60 miles from home and got a low oil pressure warning (engine
