Worked less than 6 months

Less than 6 months and it started leaking again not a good track record if you ask me I will buy a local one at a higher price.

Pros
  • Hands free
Cons
  • Has problems

Worked great: gearbox and transmission

Worked great in my NP246. Simply knock out the old oil seal with a hammer and punch. The assembly is a bit fiddly, but works with a hammer and punch. You don't need any special tools.

Pros
  • Sturdy finish
Cons
  • boring packaging

Fits 2002 Silverado 1500 5.3L Automatic

The fit is very tight and you really need something like a big head or a weatherstrip tool (I cut off a piece of pipe I had laying around that was perfect for the printing is).

Pros
  • Slim design
Cons
  • Upgradeable

NP246 Transfer Case on 2007 Suburban

Fits like a glove although Revain insists it isn't. It's a lot cheaper than a "proper" replacement part. Driven 2000 km with it, no leaks. You can install them with a 2 inch diameter PVC cap. Drill a hole in the center of the cap to allow air to circulate, place it over the rubber boot, coat with lubricating oil and hammer.

Pros
  • Impressive
Cons
  • Some issues
