Perfect fit for Pontiac G8 GT

The front brake discs look nice and fit perfectly on my G8 GT but I had to take the star off as they started rusting the very next day.

Everything super

Very heavy and well made rotors. replaced the nameless ventilated rotors fitted to the car a couple of years ago and with the acdelco ceramic pads the car now holds up great.

Updated review - quickly deformed

Updated review, I got these for my G8 GT and after about 6 months of 'normal' daily driving they were deformed. A year later, it jerks a lot and the steering wheel dangles with every braking operation. That was unexpected as I never get too hot on the brakes or even race. upset.

Installed and everything was fine but I'm a little disappointed with the quality.

Installed and everything was fine but I'm a bit disappointed with the quality of the materials. I live in North Texas, the environment is not salty and the roads are salted once or twice a year. The rotors rust noticeably quickly (within a few hours) every time it rains or even fog, causing a horrible squeak until there is enough braking to knock the rust off. They brake well, it's just a pain in the eyes/ears when it's wet outside.

Made my 2009 Pontiac G8 GT brakes look like new!

I ordered a set of these brakes for my front brake and as another reviewer previously said they were plastic sealed and the caps were painted to resist rust. My original rotors weren't even painted, so I was a bit impressed. My Pontiac G8 GT stops like it's 2009 again! Of course, I also changed the brake pads (I ordered a set of ACDelco 17D1351CH Professional Durastop ceramic front disc brake pads along with these front discs). Never a bad choice for an OEM.

Genuine GM part and works great

My 2009 G8 had terrible steering wheel shake when I hit the brakes. Many have told me that the lower ball joint A and bushing do not work. The G8 does not have a forearm A. Help forums. People said it was a problem with the rotor. When I jacked up the car and wiggled the wheel, it was tight and none of the linkages looked loose. Since I was going to have to change pads anyway, new rotors were the cheapest thing to try first. The rotor is in a sealed bag in a standard GM parts box. I ordered two
