Used to replace your 2015 Chevy Tahoe

This product is an updated model number to replace your Shark Fin Antenna and was used on a 2015 Chevy Tahoe. Replacing 100% fixed my no gps connection issues. I looked at the video on the internet as a repair guide and no problems.

Pros
  • GPS Locator and Accessories
Cons
  • Can I add anything

For GM trucks, plug the drain hole.

This is a generic OEM replacement at 1/3 the retail price. Works very well for cars that install it on the back of the car. However, on trucks and SUVs that mount it at the front with a beveled nose, the outlet at the rear becomes a filler hole and needs to be sealed with sealant to prevent water from entering the body. I sealed the underside of the aluminum base with silicone caulk as the old one had water in the electronics area and was causing rust.

Pros
  • Antennas
Cons
  • Uncertain

Powered by a 2014 Silverado with GPS and XM

I bought this after I started having a small leak under the visor. My 2014 has both navigation and XM radio. I was out of warranty and didn't really want to go to the dealer to claim my extended warranty. I've heard people have nightmares without their truck for a week and pay over $400. Pretty easy and can be done with basic tools. You need to remove the A-pillar from the dash and driver's door, lower the handle and remove the visor (think T10 driver's head). The headliner is flexible enough…

Pros
  • Made from durable materials to withstand harsh weather and car washes
Cons
  • Has issues
