Bought used but in excellent condition from seller. When it arrived it looked like new. It worked great on my 2015 Suburban LTZ. No programming required. It uses RF to communicate with video entertainment system.

Although the app says it's not the right product, it actually works for 2016 GMC Yukon with overhead entertainment system. Clicks directly into the storage slot on the top screen and works with the truck once the batteries are installed. Requires no additional action.

Easy replacement for the remote control in our 2015 Tahoe that didn't work when we bought it used. No setup required, just pop in the batteries and everything worked! It looks (slightly) different and has a backlight behind the # onscreen buttons so you know it's actually doing something, which is an improvement over what we had.

I bought my 2018 Yukon in December 2017. A rear entertainment system is included as standard. A few months after the instrument was delivered to me, one of my grandchildren asked me to use this system. Turns out I never received the controller when the truck was delivered. I ordered this controller and it worked great.

Great for my 2017 Suburban. The only reason I'm giving one star (and I'm pretty sure it's not the seller's fault) is because they're literally on the first DVD -Player must show for it to work. I have 2 screens, one for the 2nd row and 1 for the 3rd row. It doesn't work when you point it at the DVD player on the 3rd row, but on the 2nd row it's pretty responsive.

I bought a used 2016 Chevy Suburban LTZ and it didn't come with a remote, just a DVD headset. I read the reviews and bought this remote (used) to save a few bucks and it looked brand new. They worked as soon as I added the batteries and worked on both DVD systems in the car. I also bought 3 used headsets from the same brand and company and they looked brand new too. I highly recommend.
