Great item for power tools

My 2001 Impala was leaking oil and giving a false low oil pressure warning. After switching, the leak stopped and the warning messages disappeared. If I hit a top speed of 140 km/h now, my flux capacitor will kick in and I'll be traveling into the future. The thing works! Just don't pull.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Will not fit all

Low Oil Pressure Fixed Reading

I've been having trouble with my 2001 Monte Carlo's gauge sometimes going to zero and the ominous 'Low Oil Pressure' warning flashing on the dash. Replacing this sensor fixed the problem and took about 15 minutes. You will need a special socket to remove the sensor as it is almost impossible to reach with a wrench.

Pros
  • Price
Cons
  • Minor Issues

Easy enough for me

Oil leak fixed quickly! Stupidest thing that ever caused an oil leak. Although that was definitely the problem. Easy enough for me to do. I have a lot of experience with tools although I'm not a professional mechanic. Search YouTube for location and installation process. I just used some channel locks. All micro-turns of the pliers take some time.

Pros
  • Great for a small house
Cons
  • New competitors appeared

It FITS my 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix.

Once again, Revain said the part would not fit my car and he was wrong. I found the number and wrote it down before checking as I always try to buy a trusted brand. This AC Delco was actually cheaper than some of the weird brand names they advertised as 'fitting'. I ordered it anyway and it was the right part. Just wanted to make it clear that someone who has the same machine can rest assured to proceed with ordering this one.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Reliability

If your low-pressure lamp ever lights up, replace this part first.

Installation on my 2005 Impala was easy enough. I watched videos on YouTube before purchasing this item. I'm a certified YouTube mechanic, so it's really not a problem. The pressure line coming from my servo pump was a bit in the way, so the special socket that I bought didn't fit so easily. On my 3800 V6 Impala I don't think I would need a special head, I could do with a duct lock pliers or maybe a pipe wrench.

Pros
  • Nice
Cons
  • Older model
