happy with the product, perfect fit, looks like GM quality. no problem after installation. The car has been running for a month now with no problems.

There was a 2008 Silverado 5.3 liter fuel pump that started humming and got noticeably louder over time. I ordered this module, it fits perfectly. The truck drives great. It took about an hour and a half to install using an elevator.

Save about $60 and get a Bosch pump because that's what you'll get anyway. Comes in AC Delco box with original sticker but Bosch part. Is this Bosch built to a different specification? I'm not sure.

I recently purchased an ACDelco MU1847 fuel pump and installed it on a Sunday. Now on Monday night it started making a loud noise that almost sounded like a vacuum cleaner sucking in air. I identified the noise by turning the truck off and turning the key forward. The pump works great but that loud noise is embarrassing, it looks like your truck is about to explode! Very strange noise, before installing this pump it wasn't.

We are having a misfire problem on our 07 Sierra Denali truck. And after speaking directly to AC-Delco a NEW part number was recommended. The MU1847 unit fit snugly and installation was easy with a nearly empty fuel tank. I'm glad I ordered this part instead of the original because Delco claims it's an improved version of the original. Oh, and the misfire problem is gone and the truck now runs smooth as glass.
