This product is completely useless! The material is thin and flimsy, and it doesn't hold up well in Sports and Outdoors. The only good thing about it is the price, but even that's not enough to make up for its poor quality.

It's a good buy but hard plastic soles, not sticky at all. It's not the comfort of a rope/nylon sole shoe, but it's nice if you step in a little damp. Does not penetrate the bottom of the shoe. I mainly use it as a slipper and it keeps me a little warmer than my nylon soled kung fu shoes. However, the plastic is hard and doesn't hold up well. A little more rubber would be nice. I have plastic shoes with yellow soles.

I wanted a pair of shoes for indoor tai chi practice. As others have said the bottom is slippery but I wanted that for smoother turns. I measured my feet very carefully from the big toe to the heal and then added just a little so the toes don't pinch. Worked perfectly for a great fit. I don't wear them outside of class.
