This is a pretty good Acer laptop. I've been using an Acer laptop since 2016 and this model was purchased earlier this month. It works very fast and fully loads in less than 10 seconds. I was in love with him the first month. Was perfect and went well. The device was powered off and connected to the network for 24 hours. Wanted to turn it on and it wouldn't boot. Then I noticed it was very hot and turned it off. He kept heating up. I had to turn the fan on for 14 hours before it stopped and cooled down. Will have to send it back to Acer. I bought this laptop with high expectations for its performance and price and was very happy when I received it. Don't waste your time on this. I figured I'd ignore the bad reviews on this product because it was affordable and I only needed it for really basic Word documents. This Acer Laptop replaces my 11 year old Acer Laptop which still works but has slowed down with age. Hopefully the new super-fast Acer will serve me well too. I love the 1080 screen and get nanosecond results. I hated that it was tied to Microsoft, but found I could uninstall S mode, which I did. As I'm not the younger generation, it wasn't as easy as advertised, but it worked out in the end. Overall happy and satisfied with this purchase for less than $400.
