4K is great for this 28 inch monitor. 157 pixels per inch is cool, almost like my 15-inch MacBook Pro but with a much bigger screen.

When your menu appears. There are four buttons and a four-position (press) joystick. Only one button is labeled, the power button. When the monitor is turned on, it goes through a long testing process of all inputs. The menu doesn't match the cryptic buttons (at all). And when you manually select an input, the menu disappears and it detects which input is being used. I'm stuck with a constantly blank screen trying to figure out which input is being used. Either I have a bad block or the monitor is not compatible with a 2015 Macbook Pro. Worst of all, when I tried to get support, they tried to blame the Mac. The previous big monitors I've used are Macs (some Acers too), everything worked fine. I've already tried 3 cables on 2 different ports (Displayport and HDMI) so I have to return it. It's a real shame because it's a nice looking monitor, even if managing the screen is a pain in the ass. What a problem.

It is wonderful. The size is just right for my setup. The brightness is excellent. The resolution is good for HDMI but fantastic for DisplayPort! I strongly recommend using the Displayport option. Colors are great, no flickering. The height adjustment is also a very nice feature. It's also good for leaning.

I've bought several of these. they hold up well. 4K quality is good. I love the pan and tilt function on the stands. This gives the device a lot of flexibility.

I love this monitor. I wanted a bigger monitor but there wasn't much space so I went with this one. I am happy with my purchase. I would take another one in the future and recommend it.

When I first connected this monitor to my Macbook Pro, the display looked very washed out. Everything was much whiter than it should be. No matter what monitor settings I adjusted, I just couldn't manage to look good. Just before I was about to give up, I noticed a setting in Mac System Preferences -> Display. There is an Enhanced Dynamic Range checkbox that has been checked. I unchecked the box and everything looks fine.

The name speaks for itself. They are beautiful to look at and the thin bezels are just beautiful. Loudspeakers should never be used, they should not be deployed. I have a Windows 10 2 monitor setup with 1 HDMI and 1 DP. When they go into screensaver/sleep mode, they "disappear" and are detected again upon waking, causing all my icons and other desktop elements to be rearranged. The first unit was DOA, nothing will work on a computer. The screen is blank, the LED is nothing. Replacement - DOA - A message appears on the computer saying the monitor is connected but the same screen is dead. I AM DONE - very bad because I love my Acer CB241HYK. So I wanted these two monitors to work. It's time to switch to DELL.

A good monitor with excellent picture quality, built-in speakers suitable for casual gaming. HDR works as expected. The text also looks crisp. on it, so you have to clean it all the time

edit: The halo effect I had was actually because I set the overdrive setting to "extreme" when testing, after switching back to normal it no longer occurs. So overall it's pretty good for gaming and as an external monitor for MacBook Pro. Pretty good for gaming with Xbox One s, but very bad ghosting when used as an external monitor for Macbook Pro. I will return it for this reason.

I paid $300 for this item in February and I have no regrets. An even more impressive $250 monitor. I'm not a gamer, I don't take critical pictures etc., just a normal user. But I'm happy - the thing is wide, sharp as a nail, and still works fine on my Mac mini.

I got this working from home. Image quality is good. The stand is really solid and I like the ability to adjust the height and swivel (between landscape and portrait).

I bought two as a set, fresh out of the box, one was missing part of the screen, one wouldn't even turn on. However, I liked the mechanical properties and overall design, wish they were of better quality. both went back.

I have trouble thinking of any downsides. The main reason I bought this is for the bezel and stand. I wanted something silver instead of black to match my MacBook on my desk. I also wanted something big so I wouldn't have to crane my neck and look down all day. I was happy to see how high it is; I now go about my workday with a healthy posture instead of looking down. Nice upgrade for my 22 inch Samsung used for business and graphics. I haven't tried 4k yet.

Connected as additional monitors for imc. This monitor did not work at all. Poor quality all round and the on/off switch position and OSD access was from the back and very small. Not many adjustments could be made. Surprise for Acer, but it's been a story with their monitors lately.
