I really liked this laptop at first. It was easy to set up. I liked the large screen and the ease of use. Unfortunately I noticed a few days ago that it is buggy. It turned off and on again in the middle of use. Turned off yesterday and now won't turn on. He's only 6 weeks old so that's a big disappointment. An even bigger disappointment is that we went through a 30 day return policy. Now we're stuck with a laptop that doesn't work. There are risks associated with purchasing refurbished items.

Bought for my wife for use in her master's degree. She was disappointed with our old computer but this one works like a breeze. With the Chromebook OS she can get started right away and with our Office 365 account she can use the entire suite of Microsoft products online if she needs anything other than Google products. She was very satisfied and wished she had bought a Chromebook many years ago.

I can tell you this is a great buy. I can't believe the price and product are great. I am so happy with my decision about this purchase. moves very quickly and adding an external USB drive works fine. Thanks for a good deal.

I bought these specifically for my 4 children who I homeschool. I didn't want anything wildly expensive; just very easy. Something they can use for schoolwork, typing in courses, etc. This computer meets the requirements perfectly. The screen is big, the keyboard is great and while it doesn't have too many bells and whistles, it's perfect for our needs. What about the price?! WOULD STILL. Completely satisfied with our purchase.
