Excellent condition and works great!

We bought it for our son who just started kindergarten. It's lightweight, has a nice clear screen, and several hours of battery life. For a used laptop it is in excellent condition and we would definitely recommend this touchscreen for a 5 year old.

This is a Chromebook: Legacy laptops

I didn't realize it was a refurbished device when I bought it. Definitely has signs of use. Besides, it's beautiful. I don't know much about ChromeOS but it does what I need. There is a sense of quality. Long battery life. It was necessary to take with a backlit keyboard. I recommend this product.

The keyboard is cluttered with repeated letters. We are missing aw and x.

Wrong keyboard, two q and two z on the keyboard. We are missing aw and x. When we contacted the seller about the error and asked for the correct keycaps, we were completely torn and told to just put a sticker on the keyboard. We'll send it back. Terrible customer service.
