Acerbis is constantly trying to improve its product, and the Vented Uniko handguard is a testament to this fact. After feedback from their professional riders, Acerbis realized there was demand for a vented version of the popular Uniko handguard. In response to that demand, Acerbis brought the Vented Uniko to market. This handguard features a large venting pattern strategically positioned to direct air flow past the levers. In addition, the improved universal mounting system allows the guards to be positioned independent of the angle of the levers.The Vented Uniko features a large vent to direct airflow past the levers.Lightweight polypropylene construction for maximum performance and durability.The included universal mount kit allows the guards to be positioned independent of the angle of the levers.Universal mounting brackets suitable for all MX bikes.Guard printed with Acerbis logo.

Really good for what they are and how much they cost.

If you understand you are not buying the best honey or average price then they are great but if you expect them to perform better than the best then you will be disappointed. They're good for what they're worth, just be realistic about what they can do. While they offer some protection from trees and bushes, they don't have the aluminum bar behind the guard that protects your hand from even the hardest of hits.

This is what I expect from a children's bike that should look like an off-road bike

Disappointing. They are too small for any adult bike. The fixing lever is made of plastic and cannot withstand a fall or strong impact. The mounting arm is also straight which means you have to mount either at the top over the clutch/brake lever or at the bottom with the guard up or down. That's what I expect from a kid's bike that's supposed to look like an off-road bike. This is not practical protection for a real dirt bike.

Good product as a perch guard

Good product and alternative to full coverage handguards. Light weight, easy to assemble. Ventilated to keep your hands cool. The fastening system is made of plastic and flexes on impact. Not sure how strong it will be or how it will hold up if the protective case falls to the ground. This product seems to be the best for roost protection and protecting your levers from dirt and fine brush. I don't know how he will survive the crash. It doesn't appear to protect the levers in the event of aโ€ฆ
