The Acetal Copolymer Standard Tolerance Thickness is an exceptional product. The material is strong and suitable for industrial and scientific applications .Through trial and error, i found that this raw material is easy to manipulate and can be MACHINED with a CNC router. It can also withstand high temperatures without losing its shape or form. However, the only drawback is that it can be prone to warping if it is not handled properly. These parts appear to be thick.

Observe the specified tolerance. I needed .187 and got .199 and .196. They are within the specified tolerance of -0.00 + 0.025. They have to be processed for my application. However, the 3/32 inch part I ordered cost exactly 0.093.
