Don't waste your time, bad design

There are better options. The tips never go up because the ceramic is misaligned. Bad alignment. Very frustrating. Save yourself the headache and buy an inexpensive brand. There are many working soldering irons to choose from. I should have known better, I didn't waste time looking for other options. You can spend less and get a more reliable product. Very disappointed in me. I must have been in a hurry.
