will record amount on envelopes, postage and shipping materials

This scale shouldn't be legal, it's fake, it rounds the weight to the nearest 10. NO real weight when something is 756 grams becomes 760 or be 750, that's a scam!

A good scale works great in our restaurant

I don't like switching to pounds when weighing. If you weigh pounds you need to switch to pounds mode, if you weigh ounces you need to switch to ounces mode. For us it's a waste of time because our BBQ business is growing fast and every second counts.

The missing batteries are the best at postal scales

The product description clearly states that batteries are included. The package I just received does not contain them. It's also noticed that the display cuts out parts of the characters when showing the block. I'm not sure if this is normal. We will try this for a week and see and also hope we can contact battery customer service.

Misleading readability

If you are looking to buy this scale and are hoping for a readability of 0.00g or more, THIS is NOT the scale you need. I realized this scale had this ability, but as soon as I bought it, I found that it didn't have this ability for grams, only kilograms. And unfortunately I couldn't try the product before the return period expired - so doubly disappointed.
