Pros
- Provides an easy interface and straightforward layout.
- Very user friendly and makes it very quick to add items.
- Ability to import XML files is helpful to track items from outside vendors.
Cons
- When entering new material, you cannot automatically assign a vendor invoice number or change any of the default values.
- It seems that only one vendor invoice per item can be created.
- It does not provide any flexibility in reporting or displaying historical data
