I was on vacation when this item arrived. I wanted to use it to eliminate animal odors that I knew would be in my house when I came back. I opened the box and noticed that there were four sachets of the product with hooks, but there was no information on how to use the product. I have no problem hanging the product in closets and rooms I want to freshen up. As described and they work. I rent part of a double room and on my side there is unfortunately carpet in 2 rooms and it always smells of mold or mildew although I have cleaned the carpet thoroughly with odor absorbers, but that only lasts for a day. I've had them for 4 days now and they're still working. I even put one in the front room of the house where outside smells usually come from the air conditioner. This room alone is 90% better.
