Broken on arrival: Air conditioning

Drive not working on arrival. No motor movement. The replacement has been processed. Will update as soon as a replacement arrives - if it works.

The new one out of the box doesn't work.

Easy to install but the temperature doesn't change. I switched 90 degrees between air conditioning and heating, and the air blown out of the deflectors didn't change. I had to buy another.

Just because it fits doesn't mean it works.

I would turn on the air conditioner and out of the blue I would start blowing hot air. I would then have to press the return key for it to switch back to cold air. Bought new from Ford and no more problems.

Didn't work right away

Bought in hopes it could be a temporary replacement for my broken OEM mixing door. It was DOA. Connected, done nothing. Returned, bought new MotoCraft, works fine. I hope it lasts another 197,000 miles!

Suitable for Windstar 2002: Door handles, heating

Great value for money. I am disabled. My 65 year old wife installed a new actuator via YouTube. The radio was difficult to remove, but one day she managed to do it. Her contractions lasted 2 hours from start to finish. Great job my love.

Arrived in a box Broken

Need a part to fix overheating. Opened the box, expecting to use the day to fix the heat in the truck. When the corner flange was opened to screw the block in, it was already broken! Sent the cheap crap back and am now looking for a better part, hopefully made in the USA!

Worked in my 2006 F250 with manual temp control

Half the price of a 'lucky' major auto parts store and no travel. Just installed in my 2006 Ford F-250 Super Duty with manual temperature control (base model I think) so no info on durability but it works, I have heat again. Installation tip, use the youtube video but to restore the position just leave it plugged in but hanging with the stem towards you, turn on the truck and move the temp dial until the stem lines up with the stem position. Alt. You will see it move as you move the watch face.
