Worked well on a 2009 Ford F-350 Crew Cab

Found a YouTube video on replacing door actuators. The first one took a while but when I got to the last one it only took a few minutes. Total time to swap out all 4 drives was about 2 hours. They work well and appear to be well built.

1. A lock assembly was defective.2. Return to zap.3 made. Received the NEXT DAY. EARLY! The supplier is AMAZING! The sales were unheard of. The ONLY reason I gave it 4 stars is because the broken part was plastic as the OEM part is metal. It would be nice, but it works well enough.

Worth it: Electric Door Lock

I've had them for about 6 months now and they work amazingly well. Installation is a bit of a hassle, but that's due to everything it takes to get to them, not the product itself. While you're there, it's best to use white lithium grease to lubricate all other locking mechanism components to ensure a to ensure smooth movement. I would buy them again and recommend them.

Great Value

So far so good! The front doors were as easy to assemble as possible. Behind not so much. The child locks make it a bit more of a pain and also the location is inconvenient but they are installed and work fantastic! You don't have to worry about whether the doors are actually locked when I get out of the car! The price can only cheer.

Fits my 2001 F350 and works great!

At first I wasn't sure about ordering them as they are not Ford parts. I've had them in my truck for 9 months now and they still work perfectly. Ford drives are around 50 so you can buy 4 of these if you have a full Ford set. When I bought the truck none of the door locks worked and I know how I got this far without them so I would recommend them as a factory replacement.

Works, but. in the electric door lock

All 4 actuators failed on our 2001 F250 about 2 weeks apart. It's nice to say it worked and all is well. But the automatic locks (when the truck is turned on) no longer work. We'll go through the manual and see if for some reason this feature was disabled when we replaced them with these drives. I will update the review if this is the case. Just so you know, when replacing those clips that hold the door locks, broke. We had to order new clips so we could open the door from the outside handle…
