Just didn't work for computer cable adapters

Okay, a monitor is a dumb device. No additional software or monitor adapters are required to operate the monitor. However, when I connected my monitor with this adapter, I did not see the monitor's screen. Instead, I saw the "Lemorel" brand screen. The user is prompted to install the software product. After installation, the branded screen remained. I didn't like that the software was made in China. No offense to the Chinese. But I wasn't sure if the software didn't contain spyware. Result…

Works great with Mac

I was looking around to make sure my Mac can connect to two external monitors. This adapter has enabled me to use my Mac in extended display mode and I have three screens to work with. It is easy to install and very convenient to use. A simple solution that is worth every penny.

Reliable Multi-Screen Solution

This product uses Apple's Airplay feature so I can have two separate monitors next to my laptop screen, and then the Airplay image is sent to the monitor via a VGA cable . Once set up, it is extremely easy and intuitive to use. The only downside is that the settings aren't saved when the laptop goes to sleep, so you'll have to adjust the settings every time you want to use it. But still a solid solution to my problem.

Terrible computer accessories and peripherals

I returned it immediately. The product does NOT add another screen, but instead tries to mirror your screen using a crappy buggy piece of software called EZcast. The display quality was terrible and every time I restarted my computer I had to re-open EZcast to do anything. Windows doesn't even recognize that another monitor is connected. I ordered another one that really works. Save time.

You get what you pay for

It works. Not the best, not the worst, but it will do. I use it on my 2012 MacBook Pro. If you want better resolution get a more expensive one, if you just want to connect another monitor and will only be using it for a short time then get this adapter.
