Ordered for the first time and received a scratched and used product. Sent back for exchange. Received a second block and this one was also scratched and used. DO NOT BUY!

It's been a little over a month and it's already broken. Constantly noisy (that's why we bought a new one). Why sell a product if it doesn't last at least a year. It's been a smelly month! And I wish you could not put a star as a rating!

First of all, any review before is my rubbish. No one has shared details of their experience and one lady is starting to gush about it. It's a power supply, it doesn't make any noise unless it's a bare wire which makes a buzzing noise which wouldn't be very loud and probably wouldn't work if it did. Anyway, my package was smashed all over upon arrival. . The P/S was wrapped in bubble wrap, but after taking my Xbox One X apart and reassembling it with a new P/SI, I got the same results. Nothing.
