Pleasantly surprised.

I was nervous about buying this CD as I had never heard of this brand before. I bought a crucial nvme which was slow compared to nvme (1.6GB/s). Then I got this one and now I'm getting 3.4 GB/s. I have no idea how reliable this brand is, but I'll keep this comment updated. EDIT: The product is dead. I've tried contacting support and getting an RMA but no replies so far.

Screaming Fast - Computers and Accessories

I was looking at the Samsung 970 PRO and came across this device. I was skeptical because I had never heard of this brand, but I took a chance and bought it. I ran it on my computer for about a week and ran some tests at 3432MB/s read and 3042MB/s write. WOW insanely fast from my Samsung SSD 860. I don't know how reliable it is but so far I like it and would recommend this unit.

Super Fast - Data storage

This drive is faster than I expected. It's faster than Addlink advertises. I set it up as a data, program and game drive, but it is actually faster than my C drive. My C drive is a WD Black m.2 500GB (not slower 512GB) NVME PCIE 3.0 x4 2nd Gen. This WD is no fool per se. But Addlink is faster. This Addlink drive has a sequential write speed of 3000 MB/s. I tested it with CDM with a 300GB partition and a full 1TB. I have attached photos.

  • Easy to use

Adlink supplies incompatible size drives

Ordered two of these drives, 1TB version. They came with the same packaging and labels. The second not. This isn't a problem until you try to clone a larger drive to a smaller one or another 1TB drive and find that the target drive is too small. Then it becomes a serious inconvenience. Adlink must provide 1TB hard drives of the same size.

Fast NVMe card for video editing, illustrations and gaming.

I bought this NVMe card during Black Friday 2019 for a new computer system I was building. I needed a fast drive that would allow me to edit videos and illustrations. I have set this drive as my main working drive and use it for programs ranging from Photoshop and Corel Painter to DaVinci Resolve. Fast and reliable, this drive offers excellent read/write times, so cache is quickly cleared as you work. Combined with a fast AMD 8GB GPU and 64GB of memory, I can run very intensive graphics…

Driver required for Work Well-Native operating system

Updated 3/9/19. The Addlink 512 consistently outperformed my Samsung EVO 256 in write performance and outperformed the EVO 256 in two out of four read tests. Used Crystal Disk Mark 6 on MSI Gaming Pro 370 motherboard with Intel i7-8700 processor and 16GB Corsair Vengeance Pro 3000 C15 memory. See attached tests with M$ WIN 10 virus Update: 01/19/19. You bought both 256GB and 512GB to use in a 3.0X4 PCI-E configuration exactly as advertised - both work as advertised. Addlink has a support…

Worked better than expected. WOW

Having never heard of Adlink before, I was also concerned when I bought these two PCIe SSDs, but after speaking to their customer service representative, Anita, I took a chance. I assembled my new Asus Hero XI I9-9900 computer and installed it with no problems. On first boot I went into Asus Bios and configured these two in RAID(0). I installed Windows 10 and when I started Windows for the first time I was very surprised that the computer took less than 2 seconds to boot after the bios gave…

Very happy with my first m2 NVMe

Although this brand was new to me, m2 NVMe 512 GB at 3400/2000 MB/s (read/write) seemed like 90 US -dollar act unbelievable. So based on all the positive reviews I took a chance. And it paid off! Installation was easy although please note the m2 screw is NOT included. Fortunately, my motherboard (ASRock Master Sli x470) had an m2 slot cover with a built-in heatsink. If your motherboard has multiple m2 slots, make sure you select the one that is considered the fastest (there may be differences).

Quickly! No: data storage

While it may be overkill for what I was trying to achieve, this little SSD really changed the way my computer boots up. I'm using RAID 0 with two 7200rpm hard drives and my computer originally started that way. It was fast, but as Win 10 updates littered the OS, boot times took longer and longer. Throw in that little SSD, do a clean install of Win 10 and keep RAID 0 for apps and data, and oh my! I connect to the network or play in just a few seconds after pressing the power button on my case.
