Updated 3/9/19. The Addlink 512 consistently outperformed my Samsung EVO 256 in write performance and outperformed the EVO 256 in two out of four read tests. Used Crystal Disk Mark 6 on MSI Gaming Pro 370 motherboard with Intel i7-8700 processor and 16GB Corsair Vengeance Pro 3000 C15 memory. See attached tests with M$ WIN 10 virus Update: 01/19/19. You bought both 256GB and 512GB to use in a 3.0X4 PCI-E configuration exactly as advertised - both work as advertised. Addlink has a support website, but they don't have manufacturer drivers. Addlink relies on native driver support, so for those wanting to use WIN-7 as a boot drive, you'll need patches that Addlink has in their feature list. Unfortunately, both are no longer available in M$, as Intel and M$ want to spend big bucks to move to bloated WIN-10 software, and Intel 8 or 9 series processors don't support WIN-7. No problem, I use both with Ubuntu so they work fine.
