Single finger brake: Motorrad & Powersports

I installed these (19mm pistons) on a Triumph Sprint 955. I use my middle finger and only that finger (the pointer just hovers). Great feel and modulation, easy to bleed.

Great replacement

Bought this master cylinder for my XS1100 with dual front disc brakes. The 18.5mm bore gave me increased power and stopping power. Installation was easy and fairly straightforward and I was able to bleed the system with no problems.

The piston and the housing inside are well finished.

*This is just a rating based on the quality of the master cylinder internals at the moment* Watch the video but basically took it apart to see what the internals looked like, to see if I was comfortable actually using it. I was satisfied, I will install. Will be updated after installation and testing.

Surprisingly not complete garbage!

I got this because I'm super cheap and thought it might be ok as it's not a direct copy from Brembo. never mind Holds pressure and works perfectly. It bends a bit when I actually cry on it, but it's not broken yet. I replaced a holey 13mm Brembo with this "17.5mm". It feels the same to me, so probably something funny with the leverage ratio or something, but hey what do you expect for this price? The reservoir holds about a tablespoon of liquid, and the mount, albeit cardboard, still holds up…
