Aden Anais Embrace Toddler Bed Weighted Review

Overall I'm very happy with this weighted comforter. This is the ideal size (in the photo the blanket is folded in half) and weight. Not too big, but not too small either. My only criticism is that it has a slightly stronger blue tint than I expected. It looks gray in the online photos. Personally, he's more grey/blue.

This blanket is of excellent quality and I didn't expect it to be any different from Adena and Anais. The pattern is super gender neutral, meaning it can be great for multiple kids. I love that it has straps that I can attach to the stroller that allow me to control how much weight is being applied and also prevent it from sliding off the stroller onto the floor. There was a slight metallic odor when first opened, but that went away after washing.

This is the second weighted blanket we have bought for our daughters. The first was smaller but heavier at 7 pounds and had a soft cover (like a blanket) that had to be removed to wash and then hung out to dry. While we love it, I have to say that this aden + anais weighted blanket is much better for our older daughter who tends to sleep hot but needs a bit of weight to reduce her anxiety.
