Super versatile! best when sewing

As an RBT, I spend a lot of time creating my own materials such as visual schedules, token boards and the like. These velcro dots are amazing! I like them in sheet form rather than in a roll because they stay nice and flat and don't get tangled. They work very well for me.

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • Slightly torn

Will not stick to walls

My wife used two packs of these letters in her classroom, using 2-3 dots per small laminated letter. The next day almost everything she hung on the wall fell off the wall. The dots are still stuck to the laminated board, but there is nothing left on the eggshell wall.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Great for things like PECS.

I used them to make my son's PECs for some schoolwork. they hold up well. They stick well, but be careful where you plan to place them. It was difficult if at all, but in my opinion the glue wasn't very good on the second try. I was very careful when I wanted to place them.

Pros
  • Easy Install
Cons
  • No Instructions

Glue hurts my fingers

You have to hold the edge of the velcro to stick them on, but the glue on the back is so strong it sticks to my fingers and I had to pull hard to remove it. After applying 20 points, my finger hurt a lot. I may have to try to place them with tweezers or something so the glue doesn't touch my skin.

Pros
  • Sewing Tools & Supplies
Cons
  • Can't remember

Maybe too strong

Depending on what you want to use them for I would say they are too strong. I bought them to seal envelopes for binder games. My students can open them, but with a lot of effort, and they have torn some of the unlaminated envelopes. I haven't had this problem with the dollar store or branded velcro points. Not necessarily bad, but you should be informed.

Pros
  • Clasps
Cons
  • Unfashionable

Doesn't work

They don't stick well. I had taped an 8 1/2 x 11 whiteboard to the back of the door for probably a year and a half. It started falling and I was trying to save money so I bought this brand. I have applied six sets (12) at least five times in the past week since receiving them. The damn whiteboard keeps falling down. Sometimes when I go to pick it up, the stickers don't even stick to the door or the board.

Pros
  • Joint tape
Cons
  • disappears
