Bad product

Very disappointed with it. Not many sticks. Has broken away from my fast frames. In the center of the roll was a three inch piece of tape. It didn't bring anything together. It was "just like that," but I lost three inches of the stabilizer bar as a result. Totally dissatisfied with this product. I will not buy again.

YES, mandatory adhesive backing for towels.

Fantastic product. Better than my expectations. I have plain two year old kitchen towels that needed a facelift. So I embroidered them, used a sticky tear-away stabilizer and embroidered to perfection on my Janome machine. The needle remained clean, I washed it and was able to perfectly remove excess stabilizer. Will definitely buy this product again.

Pros
  • Sewing
Cons
  • Expensive

I have bought a new embroidery machine and found that the frame is too narrow to securely hold a terry towel and the frame could potentially be damaged. My other machine had no issues with towels, but the embroidery field was much smaller than my new machine. I decided to try this stabilizer and couldn't believe how much it helped me! I haven't had any problems with adhesive residue. Also, I had no issues with tissue offset, so there were no registration errors.

Pros
  • Sewing Haberdashery and Supplies
Cons
  • New competition has emerged
