Adidas Black White Wrestling Shoes Men's Shoes in Athletic Review

In Krav Maga I caught my finger on the mat causing blood to come out from under my toenail. The instructor advised me to wear wrestling shoes in the future. I bought these shoes a size 12.5 because I read they run small and I usually wear a 12. They fit well. Also, my toes will be sore and red from hitting the mat, and shoes should help with that, too. I currently wear them at home and they help relieve pain from flexing my toes while walking.

I wear 11 mens in Samba or Adidas Campus quite often but 11 mens are really tight in these types. The next size works better. I was able to get the 11 to work with shoe stretch, but it was very, very tight and had an odd feel to the sole's balance in relation to my foot. Other than that, such a great lightweight shoe with just a touch of support. I really like them for training and parkour/freerunning. Just pay attention to the size.
