My son has long hair and loves to wear a skull and crossbones under his football helmet. My son is 7 years old and has cochlear implants and this brace is perfect for keeping his Keeping implants in place while exercising exercise! I would say he works a bit (tightly) as he works great for him and he is a little kid.

This headband has 2 layers, unlike all others which only have one. Since it wicks sweat better I didn't have to rub my head on it. But the thickness will likely make your head sweat sooner. It's also slightly smaller/denser than, for example, the under armor version. So better for medium and small heads. These are the details so you can choose what is best for you.

This product fits my 6 year old son perfectly and keeps sweat out of his eyes very well. My son sweats profusely and this headband absorbs most of it. He loves wearing it and looks for it every time he has a football game. The material is quite dense so it doesn't stretch. I would be wary of the sizing if buying for a grown man unless he has a small head.

When I first used this item it fit perfectly. Wicks sweat and protects eyes from drips during a particularly intense metabolic conditioning workout. However, after hand washing and hanging to dry, it has shrunk so much that it is now almost painful to wear. I don't think anyone other than a child could wear it at this point. I would return it if I could, but I've waited too long to use it for the first time now.
