The quality of the laces is terrible, one part came loose and the rest doesn't work. I can't tighten my boots. It's very difficult to get in touch with customer support, it seems like Adidas didn't mention a link to their support team on purpose. The shoe itself is well designed, I was expecting the laces issue to be resolved quickly but it isn't.
