Adidas Originals NMD_R1 Running Black Men's Shoes for Fashion Sneakers Review

I have worn the NMD R2 for several years and it has been the most comfortable shoe I have ever owned. It looks like they don't make them anymore so I figured the R1s should be the same or even better since they still make them. Although they are missing for me. I found the shoes to be small. I usually wear Nike, but I chose adidas. I wore them for about two weeks and while they were quite comfortable initially, the canvas upper put a lot of pressure on the top of the foot and left red sore spots. I was in severe pain throughout the day even when I loosened my shoelaces. The outsole was also moderately comfortable and not suitable for someone with a high arch. These shoes were ok for the price but not impressive. I am a 42 year old man. I think I expected them to be as comfortable as my Nike Air Pegasus but the insole was pretty flat and not removable. The shoes started smelling after about 4 days of wearing in dry Arizona weather. None of my other shoes have had this problem so I'm assuming it's the material this particular shoe is made of. Overall, I'm not thrilled with NMD. Back to the Nikes I guess.

I love these shoes! To be honest I find Adidas overrated but I bought these because they look so chic! They fit great and I've just run my first mile in them in 3 years and everything went great! Lightweight trendy lace up, really cool look and I love the material the shoe is made of, seems even harder to get dirty.

Original adidas. Ordered my usual size 12 but was a bit big. Easy swap to get 11.5 but probably should have gone for 11 for perfect fit. Both of my pairs turned out to be German - the label on the back was written in German. The first pair has excess material on the inside of the big toe which resulted in creases/creases leading me to believe the shoe is being sold to third parties as an 'imperfect' shoe. I've seen good and bad reviews about this so I decided to take a chance. One review said they were "very good fakes"; I do not agree. These are terrible fakes. The seams are bad, there is no glue.
