Adidas Unisex Duramo Running 5 Toddler Girls' Shoes Review

The shoes were delivered on July 24, 2021. Today is exactly 1 month old, the shoes looked really bad. Fingers were starting to get thin and looked like they were ready to poke a hole any day. The quality of the shoes is not for active children who walk a lot.

Update: These shoes broke *so* quickly. Aside from almost all of the strips peeling off in the first few weeks of wear, there were holes worn out in various places. My daughter is active but this has never happened with any of the New Balance shoes we have given her that she has been so active in. ----------- My daughter loves these shoes and does everything in them. These were inexpensive. They are easy to put on and take off. I'm deducting a star because I have holes in my fingers. I just think they could be a little tighter.

I love all those black adidas! They are good quality for the price and go with everything. My twins (4 years old) love them!

I've always been a fan of Adidas but this is my second pair of these shoes that I've bought in less than a year and they just don't hold up to even moderate use by my child. I thought I just had a bad pair the first time, but first the side stripes on both pairs of shoes fell off, and then the tip of the front sole came off.

I thought Adidas would offer quality material but my 6 year old son was already able to wear out the toe of the shoe in two months. All he did with the shoes was walk, run, ride his bike, play at school during recess. He doesn't play soccer, so kicking or anything like that isn't the reason the fronts are tearing.

I bought them for my son. I personally don't like the pink-peach color on the tongue. The photos didn't show it. They were such a good price and I guess it doesn't matter so I kept them. Although some would like to know that they are more for girls.

My 11 year old son found the shoes very comfortable and "cool" to wear with friends, but they only lasted 4 months before holes in the fabric appeared and he started wearing insoles. He wore them every day for 4 months. Although I would have liked a few months more life.

Expected velcro trainers as pictured but got lace up trainers instead. Thanks for attention. Be careful what you buy, they say.

Shoes received, the right shoe looks different than the left one. It looks like Highlight Durhty. There was no option to exchange them so I had to return them for a size 12 instead of a half 13.

My son was so excited about these shoes but no longer wears them because the tongue of the shoe doesn't sit flat on his foot. I tried to test this and he gets knocked off and then bruises when tied like that It has to be that tight or too loose to wear while running.

Not sure if this is really an adidas brand because they are horribly made, after a few weeks of use they are already falling apart. The toe area is very poorly finished. They look like my son has been wearing them for months.

In the picture of the shoes I ordered there is velcro, on the shoes I received there is no velcro. I ordered them because of the velcro closure.

Gray and red are actually gray and orange. And the gray color and material scrolls a lot more like the last few images than the dark, slick look of the first image.

I was disappointed that the size 4 laced up with no velcro. The picture shown made me think they would be velcro and not lace up. Very good shoes so I'm keeping them.

They feel a little small for a size 5, they're a little hard to put on, you really have to push your foot in. But overall they are well made and cute.

I don't like that you can't see the Adidas branding because they are black on black. I also thought they were leather but that was my fault. Looks like they're moving on

These shoes are comfortable for my son but that's about it. The shoes are 8 days old and almost ruined from wear and tear. My son is very active so I know the shoes won't last very long but I'm definitely thinking 8+ days.
