Couldn't find shoes on first delivery. (They are on time and delivered/hosted in a SAFE location!). Due to confusion I contacted support. I was afraid someone else had taken the box. The support team immediately returned my request and should help me locate the shoes. Luckily they were there and the shoes became a big hit. This experience also demonstrated the seller's honesty and dignity and desire to be customer-centric. Great shopping experience. Excellent goods. Excellent customer service.

First impression is that they are well made. The sole is thick with good grip. Velcro is nice and thick, the quality is good. I would give the product 5 stars but after a month of use my girlfriend told me she has a heart in her legs. This happened when we had a long trip and they were out most of the day.
