First impression is that they are well made. The sole is thick with good grip. Velcro is nice and thick, the quality is good. I would give the product 5 stars but after a month of use my girlfriend told me she has a heart in her legs. This happened when we had a long trip and they were out most of the day. I checked her feet and noticed that the tip of her toes was red. She said she rubbed her leg and felt very tight on her legs. She doesn't have a high arch so I'm guessing the shoes are a bit small or don't fit her foot very well. That was the only problem with the shoes. Otherwise it was a good shoe.
