Most of the time I wear a size 8.5 trainers and all other shoes are a size 8. They fit me well in a size 8. I love these shoes! They are comfortable, cute, flexible, easy to walk on and good jumpers. I play volleyball in these shoes and train in them. I play net volleyball and have to jump a lot to block. I'm 35 weeks pregnant, have insanely high arches and exercise A LOT so you can bet I'm picky about the shoes I buy. reviews but I'm so glad I took the risk! I imagine it might be impractical for someone who doesn't have high arches to just put it there. But for me they are just right. They hug my feet well, feel secure and have enough room for my toes. What a fantastic shoe! Yes, I bought them a while ago and fell in love. Wide toe box, breathability and nice arch support.
