Instructions suck. There are no words at all in the instructions. There are only five pictures for the instructions. Installation took a good hour. It doesn't fit properly with our Acura RDX. Spare parts for it seem cheap, and after the end of the quarantine period we will buy a better one.

Not very happy with it. Not a very versatile option. Works fine on one machine. Need to use elastic bands for another. Both cars are the same model, a year apart. Strange. In any case, it's not as secure as we'd like it to be. Would have come back if I hadn't waited so long to open and try it. It was too late.

Mine arrived with a broken plastic clip but I was able to install it easily and everything seems fine. I am very happy with it. Arrived on time, easy installation although a little difficult to insert the metal into the terminals. Overall it was easy and quick and my pup, a golden retriever who is growing very quickly, still can't get past him and into the back seat. job done thanks

Tried a few of these seatback locks before. Both were too wide. I don't want the usual style that leaves black marks and dents on my headliner. Anyway, this one worked with a little modification. I had to use a hacksaw to cut about 3 inches from each end of the side piece (4 cuts total) for it to fit. You'll see what I mean when you have to do it yourself. Now the thing fits, hooray!
