First of all, this is a damn solid laptop stand. It takes some effort to adjust, which I like because I feel safe to put my huge 16 inch laptop on it and not worry about it falling, it's very stable. The base is nice and wide and thin enough to place a keyboard on it and type normally. Very high quality materials and construction. I definitely recommend this stand, it saves posture!

This stand is for work, I should have done more research before purchasing. I honestly can't recommend it as it doesn't feel stable at all. It shakes a lot when I have my MacBook Pro on it and nobody wants their computer to fall over. If it wasn't for Covid I would have returned, I just don't want to go to the nearest return shop now. Definitely try another one if you can. It doesn't seem to swing when I raise it to an average height, but then there's no point in wanting a high stand.
