This laptop stand has been a lifesaver since the COVID-19 pandemic began in March. I was starting to work from home and needed a stand that was compatible with my MacBook Pro. I chose this particular model for the adjustability, and the matching silver color is a definite plus. I would highly recommend anyone with a MacBook to consider this stand for their workspace.

I am very impressed with the durability and adjustability of the stands. Once placed in the right position, it stays there. My only concern is that the base, about 6 inches wide, will rest awkwardly on my feet. To solve this problem I used an old cutting board as the base for the entire trivet. This works well as it distributes the combined weight of the laptop and stand more evenly.

This stand was a bit expensive when I bought it but the quality justified the price. It's pretty solid and protected, my 16 inch MacBook Pro doesn't touch the metal part directly so I don't have to worry about scratches. The stand can be adjusted in two ways, so I can freely adjust the height and angle. I particularly like the notch design, which allows me to open the MBP cover with one hand. All in all, she does her job. However, I would recommend you to use it with the optional keyboard/mouse
