The jacket runs smaller in relation to the pants. The suitcases are also quite small. Ordered a size up, let's see how it fits. For reference, my son is quite small, he just turned 4 years old, and I ordered a very small size based on his height and weight. The jacket fits, but the pants are too big. The beard is quite big and itchy. The gloves are very small. Hopefully the next size will fit without the giant pants.

Overall this costume is very high quality for the price but be aware that the hat and shoe covers look pretty cheap. We didn't mind as we had our own but be prepared that you will most likely need a separate hat as it is VERY small (it wouldn't even fit on his little sister's head). This Santa Claus costume was PERFECT for Halloween. My four year old loved being Santa and the costume was perfect! We have received so many compliments on the quality. He didn't feel like wearing a beard or a wig, but he looked really good even without those two things. I love that this costume came with goggles, gloves and a gold "toy bag" that we used for treats. I bought this Santa suit for my wife. We tried the adult one, but it was too baggy and it looked like a gangster style Santa Claus. This one was perfect for her.
