Very good accounting software and great customer service

I like that it is easy for me as an accountant (and not necessarily computer savvy) because there are no technical issues when using this program - whether online or via desktop version.- It's nice having all my data in one place so its very organized- Not much dislike about anything but if anyone has any suggestions they would be more than welcome! We have been able to use ASI without problems so far; however we did experience some challenges with getting our first client set up correctly…

Awesome software to keep track of employees and customers

The program is simple yet powerful for my needs as I have no other system like it in place at this time! There are some glitches but nothing that can't be fixed with an email or call from customer service who were very helpful when we had issues during our implementation process (we're still waiting!). It's really easy once using something similar before so there isn'r much new ground being broken here unlike others out their which could do everything better than ASI does - including not having

Advanced Software Solutions, inc. - Easy-to way submit accounting data

I like how easy it is for me as an accountant to prepare financial statements and reports. The program has lots of options and features that allow me to customize my reports. It's also very user friendly and intuitive. There are several things in this program that need some improvement. For example, when I'm preparing reports with multiple years at once, sometimes it's hard to see the previous year's information. Also, there needs to be more customization options available. You can't really…

  • Easy interface; nice variety within each section (invoices/payroll) no redundancy!
Cons
  • No exporting capabilities.
  • Doesn' t give any way other than manually deleting invoicing dates if we don't want new ones added
  • Not enough flexibility regarding invoice formats
