Description of Advantage CSP

Advantage CSP is an enterprise-class framework that powers the websites, mobile apps, and business applications of Fortune 500 companies, while also offering the flexibility to adapt to each organization's unique processes and workflows. Advantage CSP allows businesses to create site pages, digital content, images, videos and more. Its open-ended workflow architecture can be customized to give different system access levels to administrators, managers and users. The WYSIWYG editor allows users to edit templates directly within the application so that users can preview how their content will look. Additional features include search functionality, custom reporting, video banners, image gallery, search engine optimization and online registration management. The solution is available both on-premise and in the cloud. The cloud version is available for a monthly subscription while users can purchase the on-premise version for a flat fee.

Great integration between two platforms

I like best how it works with my existing tools in Salesforce for CRM and Workday for PSA/PPM. It was easy to get up and running quickly. The support from Advantage has been great as well - they have helped me solve problems when needed, or given good recommendations about what might be causing issues. As mentioned above, there are some minor UI quirks when using across multiple browsers (I've used Chrome and Safari). While not critical, this could potentially be improved if we had more control

Multiple Channel Options Available: Advantage CSP

It provides us with multiple options for our customers who are interested in exploring online payment solutions such as PayPal or Google Pay. They have several channels available like web store which we use frequently by having it integrated into Magento 2 platform, but there isn't much customization I can do when using their API integration method from third party platforms - they might be working towards solving this problem soon however! Definitely try them out if you need any form/channel…

Wonderful Products Excellent Customer Support

I have used this product for 10 years and it works great! It has many features that can be customized to suit your needs. The customer support is excellent. Very knowledgeable team with the ability to implement changes quickly. There are some things they could do to simplify the configuration/installation process. This would make it easier for new users. If you want ease of use then you will love this software. We have been able to customize our product to help reduce time spent by employees…
