I like best how it works with my existing tools in Salesforce for CRM and Workday for PSA/PPM. It was easy to get up and running quickly. The support from Advantage has been great as well - they have helped me solve problems when needed, or given good recommendations about what might be causing issues. As mentioned above, there are some minor UI quirks when using across multiple browsers (I've used Chrome and Safari). While not critical, this could potentially be improved if we had more control over the look & feel of the system. We're solving our customer service needs by giving customers access to their own account data via self-service portals. This allows them to log into one portal and view all information related to their accounts, even outside of business hours.
