I don't know what this table means. You should only list dress sizes, not ranges. My child is 43 inches and 43 pounds. We have the 4T dress - it's too big (baggy) about 3 inches around her bust and waist and it drapes over her. The length was about 4 inches longer - bottoming resistance.
