Headphone is almost ideal. I work with airplanes and was convicted of a missed radio contact. The last thing you need when working in an environment where seconds count. The earbud is comfortable and fits my headset well. The sound quality is what you would expect from a $15 unit and if I ever need to replace this item I will be buying from Maxtop again.

This is the second one I've bought. The first lasted for 2 years of daily use and never failed. The earhook broke so I bought another one that is exactly the same brand and design. But the new one is of lower quality. Small wire diameter and lower sound quality. The clamp mount is also cheaper. It still works well but I can tell you that this one definitely won't last as long as the previous one.

The incoming sound quality is good. Much louder and clearer than my acoustic lamps. The earbud itself is too big for me and I have big ears, but it's loud enough that I can pop the earbud right out of my ear and it works well. The outgoing sound is bad. I work in security and it is difficult for others to understand me. If you need it primarily for listening, that works well enough, but I've reverted to my old setup so I don't have to repeat myself.

I have had this product for at least a year now and have about 80% of 365 days. The connection is easy and fast. Short-range communication within a building is ideal. Now, when you shine a light on a city or an entire county, identification becomes difficult. The other person may not always perceive you well. My main reason for rejecting this product is: 1. During the 8-12 hour shift, the east side can get uncomfortable. The fit is not tight and requires constant repositioning.2. The speaking…
