Several people tried and never came back, it flew high enough but never came back closer than 20 feet or so. I love their flying ring, it's better than the frisbee. Have fun with whatever you play with.

Me and my friends are experienced boomerang throwers and it didn't work for any of us. I think the weight is unbalanced with no matter how we threw him, all he ever did was dive noisily into the ground.

I bought this mainly for nostalgia, not as much fun as I remember. Compared to a frisbee, it's difficult to pick up and play easily just because you need so much space. But if you know how to use a boomerang, this is definitely the best brand.

you have to throw it at a 45 degree angle up, you can click it and it flies to the left or throw normal and it flies to the right (if you are right handed). I took a chance as the reviews were bad but they just didn't know what they were doing. I would suggest being in a large open field as learning how to use it takes some space. I've thrown it, routed and caught it, or you can just throw it in place and it comes right back, it's amazing when you get that.

Seems to be a well made item and I know their flying disk is pretty cool. But it's much harder to use and I threw boomerangs. It rarely comes back to you. I think I still have work to do but it's marketed as fairly basic and it says 'Returning to you' on the box but so far that's just optimism. There are very few instructions on the packaging and I think Aerobie could easily have added more information on what to expect or do. No adjustments or angle changes seem to do much.
