The company behind its product.

Update* After I left my original review below, the company contacted me and offered a full refund and apologized. They also said they will implement an improved quality assurance process. To be honest I really liked this light (looks and brightness) until it just stopped working. (ORIGINAL REVIEW) --- I don't write reviews if something is wrong. Cheap materials but lots of light

The pan that the LEDs are attached to reminds me of a cheap aluminum cake pan and the wires are perhaps the thinnest wires I've seen. It took very small wire nuts to attach it to the junction box wires. It attaches to the ceiling with drywall anchors and screws rather than junction box screws like other attachments. But once installed it worked great with a very bright 5000K white light. This is the same style as the large GE LED bulb I installed in the same room so they go together (although…

**Edit** I'm updating my rating from 1 star to 3 stars. While my experience of the quality of the product hasn't changed, the customer service for this product is very active! They noticed my review and immediately offered a headlight exchange or refund. I opted for a refund so I didn't have a chance to try a product or quality upgrade.
