I bought this frame to put a photo of my dear grandmother who recently passed away and gave it to my sister as a gift. She broke down and cried. The frame arrived in perfect condition.

Nice frame, but unfortunately the tip is attached unevenly and is very noticeable. I hope the recipient doesn't notice. But the burlap-like material makes a nice carpet inside the frame. I would have liked a little more attention to detail during production.

Not sure if I broke one or rrrr the back metal latch of the stand should have come loose. It slid in and stood up just fine, but any movement or attempt to adjust it slightly would tip it over and I had to reinsert the stand. It seems like a screw is missing or something. But I really liked the frame.

This is a very nice frame and durable materials. I would have given this 5 stars if it wasn't for the fact that the glass was broken in one corner and the corners of the frame didn't connect perfectly. I would return it if it was a gift for my daughter and I bought a personalized item to fit in the frame as a Mother's Day gift for her.

Bought this as a keepsake for my daughter-to-be to take a maternity picture for her. One of the clamps on the back holding the glass and photo has come loose completely, allowing the glass and photo to move within the frame. I was disappointed with the overall quality. The photo stand needed some stretching to stand upright and I was afraid it would break while stretching, but it was too stiff not to. Looks very nice but doesn't last long.

Very nice frame and very well packaged. But it had sticky glue on it and the edge of the fabric around the picture was a little crooked. Some areas of the wood are also a bit rougher than others and look worn rather than rustic. Also, the bow in the corner holding the dangling heart doesn't really look like a bow, more like crumpled fabric. I bought this as a 13th anniversary gift (top). When it arrived I looked at the item which was nicely and nicely packaged and protected with foam but never took it out. When I took it out to insert a photo a few weeks later, I saw how flimsy the real frame was, and the back and stand were cheap cardboard. I would never buy it if I saw the back or how flimsy it is.
